The New Hampshire month-to-month lease agreement, also labeled as a “tenancy at will”, is a contract that outlines the general conditions of an occupancy where the duration of each term lasts thirty (30) days at a time. At the end of the month, the agreement will automatically renew unless terminated by either the lessor or lessee. Users should cover the following components of the tenancy within the form:
- Commencement Date
- Security Deposit
- Periodic Rent Payments
- Utilities/Services
- Fees
- Any Additional Terms & Conditions
Following the establishment of the abovementioned terms, participants must then sign the document to secure a valid record of the accord.
