The Maine purchase agreement records the terms and details of a residential property sale. Prospective buyers typically use this form to propose an offer for the seller to accept or counter. The document logs the bid or sales price, earnest money deposit amount, and desired contingencies.
When all parties agree to its conditions, they may sign the document to procure a legally-binding contract.
